What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wishes to have more than two individuals attend the initial training program, they must pay an Additional Initial Training Fee of $250 per additional person per day. These fees are pre-paid and due in advance of the training, specifically upon submission of an invoice from Bee Organized to the franchisee.
This means that a prospective Bee Organized franchisee needs to budget for these additional training costs if they plan to send more than the standard two attendees (Managing Owner and one manager) to the initial training. It is important to clarify with Bee Organized how far in advance of the training the invoice will be issued to ensure timely payment and avoid any disruption in training schedules.
This pre-payment requirement is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as it allows the franchisor to cover the costs associated with additional training resources and personnel. Franchisees should factor this into their initial investment costs and ensure they have sufficient funds available when the invoice is received from Bee Organized.
