What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and lodging expenses associated with attending the annual conference. In addition to these costs, Bee Organized may charge an annual conference fee, which will not exceed $1,000 per attendee. The FDD also specifies that attendance at an annual conference will not be required for more than five days in a calendar year. Currently, the annual conference fee is $500 per attendee.

This means that a Bee Organized franchisee must budget not only for transportation and accommodation but also for the conference fee itself. The actual cost will depend on the location of the conference, the franchisee's travel preferences, and the specific conference fee charged by Bee Organized for that year. It is important to note that Bee Organized reserves the right to charge the Annual Conference Attendance Fee to franchisees that do not attend.

Prospective franchisees should consider these expenses when evaluating the overall cost of investing in a Bee Organized franchise. While the conference provides an opportunity for training and networking, the associated costs can add up, especially for franchisees who must travel long distances or require multiple hotel nights. It is advisable to inquire about the typical location of the annual conference and the average cost of travel and lodging to that location to get a more accurate estimate of these expenses.
