What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Accounting Period' is the time frame the franchisor selects to measure and report financial information and to determine payment obligations for the franchisee. The specific length of the accounting period (weekly, monthly, or otherwise) is determined by Bee Organized. Unless Bee Organized designates otherwise, the accounting period is a monthly period throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that, unless specifically notified otherwise, a prospective Bee Organized franchisee will calculate and report their financial data to Bee Organized on a monthly basis. They will also make payments for royalty fees and other obligations monthly.

The accounting period automatically starts on the earlier of the scheduled or actual opening date of the Bee Organized franchise and continues for the entire term of the agreement. This ensures consistent financial tracking and reporting from the beginning of operations.
