When does the 'Accounting Period' for a Bee Organized franchise begin?

Supplementing the terms and definitions contained in the foregoing "Recitations", the terms listed below have the following additional meanings:
"Accounting Period" means the period of time selected and determined by Franchisor for the required measurement and reporting of financial information and payment of financial obligations by Franchisee. The applicable measurement period will be determined by Franchisor from time to time with respect to Franchisee's obligations to report financial information and data to Franchisor and Franchisee's payment of all fees and other obligations under this Agreement. The respective "Accounting Period" shall be those Franchisor designated times, whether, weekly, monthly, or otherwise, as designated by Franchisor, with all such Accounting Periods automatically commencing on the earlier of the (a) Scheduled Opening Date, or (b) the Actual Opening Date of the Franchised Business and, continuing, throughout the Term of this Agreement. Unless otherwise designated by Franchisor at any time, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the Accounting Period shall be a monthly period for each and every month throughout the Term of this Agreement.

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Accounting Period' is determined by Bee Organized for measuring and reporting financial information, as well as for franchisees to pay their financial obligations. The accounting period will be determined by Bee Organized from time to time with respect to the franchisee's obligations to report financial information and data and the franchisee's payment of all fees and other obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
The 'Accounting Period' automatically starts on the earlier of the Scheduled Opening Date or the Actual Opening Date of the Bee Organized franchise and continues for the entire term of the agreement. Unless Bee Organized designates otherwise, the accounting period is a monthly period for each month throughout the term of the agreement.
This means that a new Bee Organized franchisee will need to be prepared to begin reporting financial data and making payments based on the schedule set by Bee Organized, starting from their opening date. The flexibility for Bee Organized to change the accounting period (weekly, monthly, or otherwise) means franchisees must stay informed of any changes to these reporting and payment schedules.
