What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Accounting Period' refers to the timeframe selected by Bee Organized for franchisees to measure, report financial information, and fulfill payment obligations. Bee Organized determines the applicable measurement period for franchisees to report financial data and pay fees under the Franchise Agreement.
The 'Accounting Period' will be determined by Bee Organized from time to time, whether weekly, monthly, or another interval. These periods automatically start on the earlier of the Scheduled Opening Date or the Actual Opening Date of the Bee Organized franchise and continue throughout the term of the agreement.
Unless Bee Organized specifies otherwise, the 'Accounting Period' is a monthly period for each month during the term of the Franchise Agreement. This means franchisees will typically need to provide financial reports and make payments to Bee Organized on a monthly basis, unless the franchisor designates a different schedule.
