What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 'System Supplies' are the equipment and supplies that Bee Organized designates as required for use in connection with a franchisee's Bee Organized Business and the Approved Services and Products. These supplies can be System branded, non-branded, or third-party branded.

System Supplies include, but are not limited to, home organization solutions, products, supplies, software and technology systems, vehicles, materials, and uniforms. These supplies are designated by Bee Organized in the Operations Manual or in writing, and may be modified or supplemented by Bee Organized from time to time based on their reasonable business judgment.

System Supplies also include products that Bee Organized authorizes for sale to clients of a franchisee's Bee Organized Business. This means that franchisees are required to use specific equipment and supplies in their daily operations, and they are also limited to selling only those products that Bee Organized has approved. This ensures consistency across all Bee Organized franchises and helps maintain brand standards.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they will need to purchase these designated supplies, potentially from Bee Organized or approved suppliers. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand the costs associated with these System Supplies and how often they will need to be replenished. This information can usually be found in other sections of the FDD, such as Item 7 (Estimated Initial Investment) and Item 8 (Restrictions on Sources of Products and Services).
