We grant you the right to operate a Beauty Bungalows Franchise under the Mark "Beauty Bungalows" and to use other future Marks we authorize. In addition to the Marks in the chart below, franchisees may also use other marks, registered or unregistered, that we own or have the right to use through the License Agreement and that we designate as part of the Marks. There are no agreements currently in effect that significantly limit our right to use or license the use of the Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are granted the right to operate under the "Beauty Bungalows" mark. Beauty Bungalows may also authorize the use of other future marks. These marks, whether registered or unregistered, are those that Beauty Bungalows owns or has the right to use through the License Agreement.
Beauty Bungalows franchisees must indicate they are independent operators and use the marks as instructed by Beauty Bungalows. Franchisees are not allowed to use the marks alone or with modifications in corporate names or on the internet, except as licensed. The marks cannot be used for unauthorized products or services. Guidelines for proper trademark use are detailed in the Manual, which Beauty Bungalows will update as needed.
Beauty Bungalows retains control over legal proceedings involving the licensed trademarks. Franchisees must report any infringement or challenges to the use of the marks within three days. Beauty Bungalows will take action to protect against unauthorized use, and will cover reasonable costs associated with such actions. Beauty Bungalows will indemnify franchisees for claims of infringement resulting from approved use of the marks, but not for unapproved use as outlined in the Franchise Agreement or Manuals.
