- Development Fee. Upon signing the ADA, you must pay us the Development Fee. The Development Fee varies based on the number of Beauty Bungalows Franchises you commit to develop. The low estimate is based on a commitment to develop two (2) Beauty Bungalows Franchises, and the high estimate is based on a commitment to develop ten (10) Beauty Bungalows Franchises. (two (2) is the minimum required) We may, in our discretion, permit you to enter into a ADA for more than ten Beauty Bungalows Franchises. The Development Fee will be credited towards the initial Franchise Fee for each Beauty Bungalows Franchise developed under the ADA. The Development Fee is not refundable. See Item 5.
