Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beauty Bungalows provides training to franchisees prior to the opening of their franchise. The training program includes the Operations Manual, real-time or recorded virtual training sessions via video conference, an online database or other learning management system, and live instruction. Beauty Bungalows conducts these training programs at least once per calendar quarter, but they reserve the right to hold training more or less often.

The FDD states that Beauty Bungalows may also provide on-site initial training at the franchisee's location and assistance with opening activities within the first four weeks of operation, at no additional cost. However, they are under no obligation to do so. The training is conducted or supervised by the CEO, Traci Hawkins, or by staff trainers with at least one year of experience in the salon services industry.
