What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after completing the initial training program, franchisees are not required to attend further mandatory training. However, Beauty Bungalows may require franchisees to attend mandatory conferences, as detailed in Item 11 and Sections 8.04 and 8.05 of the Franchise Agreement.
Beauty Bungalows may also offer continuing advanced training in the future, which franchisees are required to participate in. This advanced training can be provided through various methods such as telephone, video conference, email, or online learning management systems, and there is no fee for this training.
While there is no mandatory training after the initial program, the potential requirement to attend conferences and participate in continuing advanced training means franchisees should budget for travel and living expenses associated with these events. Franchisees should inquire about the frequency and location of these conferences to better estimate potential costs.
