What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise does provide social media guidelines for its franchisees. Item 11 references that the confidential operating manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules.
Exhibit F to the FDD includes the Table of Contents of the operating manual, which lists "Franchise Social Media Guidelines" on page 10. The manual also includes sections on understanding the use of social media and social media engagement, as well as managing reputation and feedback.
Beauty Bungalows also provides marketing, promotional materials, and services, including social media graphics and copy. Franchisees can develop their own marketing materials, but Beauty Bungalows must approve them in writing within fifteen days of receipt. Beauty Bungalows reserves the right to use marketing and photography/videography developed by franchisees for all franchisees without compensation.
