What services are Beauty Bungalows franchisees prohibited from offering to salon professionals?

You will offer to license salon studio spaces, rooms, or studios to salon professionals for only those services that are authorized and approved by Beauty Bungalows, which do not include spray tanning, body art tattoos, or non-beauty related services. You are not restricted in your selection of the salon professionals to whom you may offer studio space, booths, rooms, or other rentals provided such individuals are properly licensed in your state. You and your salon professionals will offer only those products and services that are authorized and approved by Beauty Bungalows. Beauty Bungalows reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the types of authorized products and services that you may offer upon reasonable notice to you. There are no contractual limits on our right to make any such changes, however, the changes will not materially and unreasonably increase your obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
