You must indicate, as required in the Franchise Agreement and specified in the Manual, that you are an independent operator of the Beauty Bungalows Franchise and will use the appropriate Marks as indicated by us. You must follow our rules when you use any of the Marks. You may not use any of the Marks alone or with modifying words, designs or symbols as part of a corporate name or in any form on the Internet, including, but not limited to URLs, domain names, email addresses, locators, links, metatags or search techniques except as we license to you. You may not use any of the Marks in connection with the sale of an unauthorized product or service or in a manner not authorized by us in writing. Guidelines regarding proper trademark use and notices are set forth in the Manual and will be updated from time to time in our discretion.

According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beauty Bungalows retains the right to update the guidelines regarding proper trademark use and notices at their discretion. This means that as a Beauty Bungalows franchisee, you must stay informed of any changes to the trademark usage guidelines as outlined in the manual. Beauty Bungalows has the authority to modify these guidelines, and you are obligated to comply with these updates. Failure to follow the updated guidelines could result in a breach of the franchise agreement.
Beauty Bungalows also maintains control over any administrative proceedings or litigation involving their trademarks. Franchisees are required to notify Beauty Bungalows within three days of learning about any infringement or challenges to the use of their marks. Beauty Bungalows will then take action, at its sole discretion, to protect against unauthorized use of the marks. While Beauty Bungalows will indemnify franchisees for claims of infringement resulting from approved use of the marks, they will not do so if the franchisee's use is unapproved.
