Each Franchised unit purchased will operate from one location approved by us and must receive our permission before relocating. We will grant approval to relocate if you are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and/or the ADA, you have paid all money owed to us and/or our affiliates, and the proposed location meets our site selection criteria as specified in the Manual. In order to relocate the franchisee must pay the relocation fee and meet the then-current site selection criteria, which we will provide. You must submit proposals for the location within three (3) months of signing the Franchise Agreement. We will approve or disapprove your proposed site within thirty (30) days after we receive notice from you of your proposed site. You may also request our site selection services and pay the Site Selection Assistance Fee (See Items 5 and 7). Our assistance in no way constitutes a representation or warranty with respect to the property.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain permission from Beauty Bungalows before relocating their franchised unit. Each franchised unit must operate from a location approved by Beauty Bungalows.
Beauty Bungalows will grant approval to relocate if the franchisee is in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and/or the Area Development Agreement (ADA), has paid all money owed to Beauty Bungalows and/or its affiliates, and the proposed location meets Beauty Bungalows's site selection criteria as specified in the Manual.
To relocate, the franchisee must pay a relocation fee and meet the then-current site selection criteria, which Beauty Bungalows will provide. Franchisees must submit proposals for the new location within three months of signing the Franchise Agreement. Beauty Bungalows will then approve or disapprove the proposed site within 30 days after receiving notice of the proposed site from the franchisee. Franchisees can also request Beauty Bungalows's site selection services and pay a Site Selection Assistance Fee, though this assistance does not constitute a representation or warranty regarding the property.
