You must have access to the Internet, have an electronic mail address and periodically check your electronic mailbox and the portion of our website devoted to franchise owners. We have the sole right to market and sell on the Internet and use the Marks on the Internet, including all use of websites, domain names, URLs, directory addresses, email addresses, metatags, linking, advertising, co-branding and other arrangements, and in all other forms of electronic media.

According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to periodically check their electronic mailbox. This requirement ensures that franchisees stay informed of updates, announcements, and other important communications from Beauty Bungalows. Franchisees must also regularly check the portion of the Beauty Bungalows website devoted to franchise owners.
In addition to checking their email, franchisees must have access to the internet and an email address. This is essential for receiving communications and accessing the Beauty Bungalows website. Beauty Bungalows also retains the sole right to market and sell on the Internet and use its trademarks online.
Beauty Bungalows also reserves the right to specify computer hardware or software standards in the future, and franchisees may be required to upgrade their hardware and/or software as technology advances. While Beauty Bungalows estimates that upgrades will not be required more than once a year, the costs could reach up to $1,500 annually. Franchisees are responsible for protecting themselves from viruses and computer hackers by establishing firewalls, access code protection, anti-virus systems, and backup systems.
