Upon your request, provide you advice about the negotiation of the lease or purchase of a location for your Beauty Bungalows Franchise, which will be leased or purchased by you from independent third parties.
We do not own premises that are then leased to you.
We are not acting as your direct representative or attorney in lease negotiations and our assistance in no way constitutes a representation or warranty with respect to the lease or purchase. (See Section 8.02 and 10.01 of the Franchise Agreement)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beauty Bungalows will provide advice about the negotiation of the lease or purchase of a location for your Beauty Bungalows franchise. The location will be leased or purchased by you from independent third parties.
However, Beauty Bungalows does not own premises that are then leased to you. Beauty Bungalows is not acting as your direct representative or attorney in lease negotiations, and their assistance does not constitute a representation or warranty with respect to the lease or purchase.
Site selection is ultimately the franchisee's responsibility. Beauty Bungalows will assist in the site selection process by considering population density, traffic patterns, and proximity to other Beauty Bungalows locations. The site must meet Beauty Bungalows' minimum requirements for square footage, layout, and visibility, as outlined in the manuals.
