You may not, during the Initial Term, any Renewal Term, or after the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, reveal any of our confidential information to another person or use it for any other person or business. You may not copy any of our confidential information or give it to a third party except as we authorize. All persons affiliated with you who perform work for the business or who have access to our confidential information must first sign our then-current form of Nondisclosure and Noncompetition Agreement, the current form of which is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit G.
Our confidential information will include services, technologies and procedures relating to the operation of a Beauty Bungalows Franchise; systems of operation, services, programs, products, procedures, policies, standards, techniques, requirements and specifications which are part of the Beauty Bungalows System; the Manual: methods of advertising and promotion: instructional materials; and other matters.

According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the policies and standards that are part of the Beauty Bungalows system are considered confidential information. As a franchisee, you are prohibited from revealing any of Beauty Bungalows' confidential information to another person or using it for any other person or business during the Initial Term, any Renewal Term, or after the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement. You are also restricted from copying any confidential information or providing it to a third party without authorization from Beauty Bungalows.
To ensure the protection of confidential information, all individuals affiliated with the franchisee who perform work for the business or have access to Beauty Bungalows' confidential information must sign a Nondisclosure and Noncompetition Agreement. This agreement is included as an exhibit to the Disclosure Document.
The confidential information of Beauty Bungalows includes a wide range of elements critical to the operation of the franchise, such as services, technologies, procedures, systems of operation, services, programs, products, procedures, policies, standards, techniques, requirements, specifications, the Manual, methods of advertising and promotion, and instructional materials.
