What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while Beauty Bungalows may provide on-site initial training and assistance, they are not obligated to do so. Specifically, Beauty Bungalows may offer on-site training at the franchise location and help with opening activities within the first four weeks of operation. However, this is not a requirement.
This means that a new Beauty Bungalows franchisee cannot rely on receiving hands-on, in-person support at their specific location during the initial launch phase. While Beauty Bungalows does provide initial training programs, these are generally held at the corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, California, virtually, or at another designated location. The franchisee is responsible for covering travel and living expenses for themselves, their designated manager, and any employees attending these training sessions.
Given that on-site assistance is discretionary, prospective franchisees should clarify with Beauty Bungalows what level of on-site support they can expect. This is particularly important for franchisees who are new to the salon services industry or who require more hands-on guidance to get their Beauty Bungalows franchise up and running smoothly. Understanding the extent of on-site support, even if not guaranteed, can help franchisees better prepare for the opening and initial operation of their business.
