What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's manager resigns or is terminated, Beauty Bungalows requires the franchisee to hire a replacement that Beauty Bungalows approves in writing. This approval must occur before the franchisee hires the new manager. The franchisee has 30 days after the previous manager's departure to hire a replacement who meets Beauty Bungalows's standards.
Furthermore, the new manager must complete Beauty Bungalows's training program within 30 days of being hired. This requirement ensures that all managers meet Beauty Bungalows's standards for operating a franchise.
This stipulation is fairly common in franchising, as the manager plays a key role in maintaining brand standards and operational consistency. By requiring written approval, Beauty Bungalows retains control over who manages each location, which helps protect the brand's reputation and ensures customers receive a consistent experience across all franchises.
