R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Our agents for service of process for other states are listed in Exhibit C to this Disclosure Document. We began offering Beauty Bungalows Franchises in September 2021. We have never offered franchises in any other line of business. We have not conducted and are currently not conducting any other business activities other than selling and supporting Franchised Businesses.
