You must submit proposals for the location within three (3) months of signing the Franchise Agreement. We will approve or disapprove your proposed site within thirty (30) days after we receive notice from you of your proposed site. You may also request our site selection services and pay the Site Selection Assistance Fee (See Items 5 and 7). Our assistance in no way constitutes a representation or warranty with respect to the property.
