(See Section 8.02 and 10.01 of the Franchise Agreement). If you enter into a ADA with us, then upon execution of the ADA, we will designate an exclusive Development Area within which you will develop and establish franchised locations. You must execute our then-current form of franchise agreement for each franchised location to be developed under an ADA.
