If a franchisee enters into an ADA with Beauty Bungalows, what will Beauty Bungalows designate?
Beauty_Bungalows Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If you enter into a ADA with us, then upon execution of the ADA, we will designate an exclusive Development Area within which you will develop and establish franchised locations.
You must execute our then-current form of franchise agreement for each franchised location to be developed under an ADA.
For each franchised location under a Franchise Agreement executed pursuant to an ADA, we will approve the Site, and provide the site selection assistance, in accordance with such Franchise Agreement as summarized in this Item 11 and in Item 12.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee enters into an Area Development Agreement (ADA) with Beauty Bungalows, the company will designate an exclusive Development Area. Within this designated area, the franchisee is authorized to develop and establish multiple franchised Beauty Bungalows locations.
This exclusive Development Area provides the franchisee with a defined territory where they have the primary right to open Beauty Bungalows franchises. This arrangement aims to reduce potential conflicts between franchisees and allows the developer to focus their efforts within a specific geographic region. The franchisee must then execute Beauty Bungalows' current franchise agreement for each individual location they plan to develop within the Development Area.
For each franchised location opened under the ADA, Beauty Bungalows will approve the site and provide site selection assistance, ensuring that each location meets the brand's standards. This support helps the franchisee in making informed decisions about location choices, which is crucial for the success of each Beauty Bungalows franchise. The specifics of site selection assistance are further detailed in Item 11 and Item 12 of the FDD.
