ortion of a domain name containing the Marks or participate or market on any website or other form of electronic media using the Marks unless Franchisee first obtains written approval from Franchisor. Franchisee's general conduct on the Internet or other forms of electronic media, including Franchisee's use of the Marks or any advertising, is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other rules, requirements or policies that Franchisor may identify from time to time;
- (c) to purchase or be purchased by, or merge or combine with, any businesses wherever located, including a business that competes directly with Franchisee's Franchise;
- (d) to implement Multi-Area Marketing Programs which may allow Franchisor or others to solicit or sell to Customers or potential Customers anywhere, as set forth in Section 9. In such a program, Franchisee will have the option of servicing any Customer within its Protected Territory.
Franchisor also reserves the right to issue mandatory policies to coordinate such Multi-Area Marketing Programs.

The franchisee may not separately register any domain name or any portion of a domain name containing the Beauty Bungalows marks or participate or market on any website or other form of electronic media using the marks unless the franchisee first obtains written approval from Beauty Bungalows.
