Your and our obligations to protect your rights to use our copyrights are the same as the obligations for Marks described in Item 13 of this Disclosure Document.
Confidential Information
You may not, during the Initial Term, any Renewal Term, or after the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, reveal any of our confidential information to another person or use it for any other person or business. You may not copy any of our confidential information or give it to a third party except as we authorize. All persons affiliated with you who perform work for the business or who have access to our confidential information must first sign our then-current form of Nondisclosure and Noncompetition Agreement, the current form of which is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit G.
Our confidential information will include services, technologies and procedures relating to the operation of a Beauty Bungalows Franchise; systems of operation, services, programs, products, procedures, policies, standards, techniques, requirements and specifications which are part of the Beauty Bungalows System; the Manual: methods of advertising and promotion: instructional materials; and other matters.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's obligations to protect their rights to use Beauty Bungalows' copyrights are the same as their obligations for the brand's trademarks, as described in Item 13 of the FDD. Item 14 states that Beauty Bungalows claims copyrights on certain forms, advertisements, promotional materials, and other written materials, as well as copyrights and other proprietary rights in their Confidential Operating Manual.
As a franchisee, you are restricted from revealing any of Beauty Bungalows' confidential information to another person or using it for any other person or business during the Initial Term, any Renewal Term, or after the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement. You are also prohibited from copying any of their confidential information or giving it to a third party unless authorized by Beauty Bungalows. All persons affiliated with the franchisee who perform work for the business or who have access to Beauty Bungalows' confidential information must first sign Beauty Bungalows' then-current form of Nondisclosure and Noncompetition Agreement.
