We do not currently require you to purchase any particular computer hardware brand to establish or operate your Beauty Bungalows Franchise, but we do specify the standards for computer and communication equipment and Internet access. You will be required to purchase or lease certain software to use in the operation of your Beauty Bungalows Franchise as prescribed periodically in the Operations Manual. We reserve the right, to require you in the future, to use computer hardware or software, and other communications equipment, and to specify other computer-related and communications standards.

Furthermore, franchisees must use the Beauty Bungalows website in strict compliance with the standards, protocols, and restrictions outlined in the manuals. They must implement procedures to prevent unauthorized use of the Franchise Website and ensure that all users comply with the standards. Franchisees must notify Beauty Bungalows when a partner or employee leaves so their access to the Franchise Website can be removed. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that confidential information transmitted via the internet is encrypted, using either a program required by Beauty Bungalows or one that Beauty Bungalows approves.
