What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must notify the franchisor when any partner or employee ceases to be affiliated or employed with their Beauty Bungalows franchise. This notification is required so that Beauty Bungalows can remove the individual's access to the Franchise Website.
This requirement ensures that only authorized personnel have access to the Beauty Bungalows Franchise Website and its resources. This is a standard practice in franchising to protect confidential information and maintain control over the brand's online presence.
The FDD also highlights the importance of preventing unauthorized use of the Franchise Website and transmitting confidential information without encryption. Franchisees are responsible for implementing reasonable procedures to ensure compliance among their owners, general managers, and assistant managers. This includes using encryption programs approved or required by Beauty Bungalows when transmitting sensitive data.
