Is a Beauty Bungalows franchisee allowed to use the Marks or System in wholesale channels?
Beauty_Bungalows Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must operate your Beauty Bungalows Franchise in accordance with our standard business operating practices and sign our standard franchise agreement ("Franchise Agreement"), which is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit B. In the Franchise Agreement we grant you the right, and you undertake the obligation, to develop and operate one Beauty Bungalows franchise location at a mutually agreed upon site (the "Site") with an area (the "Site Selection Area") that we will specify in the Franchise Agreement. You will have no obligation, nor any right, to open any additional locations other than the Site or to use the Marks or the System in any wholesale, e-commerce, or other channel of distribution.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly restricted from utilizing the Beauty Bungalows Marks or System in wholesale distribution channels. The franchise agreement grants the right and obligates the franchisee to develop and operate a single Beauty Bungalows franchise location at a specific site.
The FDD clearly states that franchisees have no right to use the Marks or System in any wholesale, e-commerce, or other channel of distribution outside of their designated location. This restriction ensures that the Beauty Bungalows brand maintains control over its distribution methods and prevents franchisees from engaging in activities that could potentially dilute the brand or create channel conflict.
This limitation is a standard practice in many franchise systems, as franchisors often want to maintain control over brand distribution and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels. Prospective Beauty Bungalows franchisees should be aware of this restriction and factor it into their business planning, focusing solely on the operation of their physical location and the services offered within that space.
