What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence. This obligation extends both during their time as a franchisee and even after they are no longer in that position.
However, there is an exception to this rule. Franchisees are not obligated to keep information confidential if they can demonstrate that the information has become generally known or easily accessible through means other than a breach of the Franchise Agreement.
