Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Travel and Living Expenses to Training: We provide the initial training program tuition-free for up to three (3) of your representatives in an online format.

However, if you request and we agree to provide you training in person, you are required to pay the expenses that you will incur for travel, food, and lodging during the initial training program.

The costs you incur will vary depending upon factors such as distance traveled, mode of transportation, travel preferences (such as air travel or ground transportation), nature of accommodations, per diem expenses actually incurred, and the number of persons who attend training.

The low end of this estimate assumes your representatives will be attending initial training online and will not need to travel to attend training, while the high end assumes that a total of three (3) individuals will attend the initial training and will be required to purchase a flight to/from that training in order to attend.

The actual cost will depend on your point of origin, method of travel, class of accommodations, and dining choices.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beauty Bungalows's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, travel and living expenses for training are affected by several factors. Beauty Bungalows provides initial training tuition-free for up to three representatives in an online format. However, if in-person training is requested and agreed upon, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated expenses. These expenses are estimated to range from $0 to $3,000. The low end assumes online training attendance, while the high end assumes three individuals attending in person, requiring flights.

The costs incurred for in-person training will vary based on factors such as the distance traveled to the training location, the mode of transportation chosen (air or ground), and travel preferences regarding airlines and class of service. Accommodation choices and per diem expenses also play a significant role in determining the overall cost. The actual cost depends on the point of origin, method of travel, class of accommodations, and dining choices.

Prospective Beauty Bungalows franchisees should consider these variables when budgeting for their initial investment. Opting for online training can eliminate these costs entirely. However, if in-person training is preferred, franchisees should obtain quotes for travel and accommodation based on their specific circumstances to arrive at a more accurate estimate. It is also important to note that these expenses are in addition to other initial investment costs, such as the initial franchise fee, rent, and leasehold improvements.
