What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beauty Bungalows' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to notify Beauty Bungalows when any partner or employee is no longer affiliated with or employed by the Beauty Bungalows franchise. This notification is necessary so that Beauty Bungalows can remove the individual's access to the Franchise Website.
The reason for this requirement is to protect confidential information. Beauty Bungalows emphasizes the importance of preventing unauthorized transmission of confidential information, documents, or data from the intranet or internet. Franchisees must ensure that all transmissions are encrypted using an approved encryption program.
This measure is in place to maintain the security and integrity of the Beauty Bungalows system. By promptly removing access for former partners or employees, the risk of unauthorized data breaches or misuse of the Franchise Website is reduced. Franchisees should have procedures in place to quickly identify and report any changes in affiliation or employment to comply with this requirement.
