Our Parent Company maintains a principal business address at AS Building 2F, 3-13-20 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0047 Japan. Since 2000, our Parent Company has sold Beard Papa's franchises in Japan. Our Parent Company has also sold franchises for other types of food businesses throughout Asia. Our Parent Company is the owner of the Licensed Marks. Our Parent Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nagatanien Holdings Co., Ltd. Our Parent Company has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business in the United States. You will not be required to conduct business directly with our Parent Company.
