Note 8: Technology Fee – The continuing monthly technology fee is an administrative fee and is not associated with any particular service but is used, at our discretion, to defray some of our costs related to system website and intranet (the "Technology Fee"). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beard Papas's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while a monthly Technology Fee is not currently charged, Beard Papas reserves the right to implement one at any time in the future. This fee would be used at Beard Papas's discretion to cover costs related to the system website and intranet.
The Technology Fee, if implemented, will not exceed $500 per month. This fee is an administrative fee and is not tied to any specific service provided to the franchisee.
