What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beard Papas's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee, if implemented, will be debited automatically from the franchisee's bank account via ACH or other means designated by Beard Papas. Currently, Beard Papas does not charge a monthly Technology Fee, but they reserve the right to implement one in the future. If implemented, the monthly Technology Fee will not exceed $500 per month.
Item 6 outlines that all fees are uniformly imposed for all franchises, are recurring, non-refundable, and payable to Beard Papas unless otherwise specified. Payment is subject to Beard Papas's specification and instruction, including their election to have all fees automatically drafted from the franchisee's business bank account.
