What are System Supplies for a Beard Papas franchise?

According to the 2025 Beard Papas Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel and uniforms, which are included as System Supplies. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals.

Beard Papas will provide franchisees with the names and addresses of approved vendors and suppliers for the Approved Services and Products and the System Supplies. The franchisor may establish, update and provide franchisees with consultations and communications as to the standards, procedures and System requirements as to the operation of their shop including, but not limited to, Approved Services and Products, System Supplies, marketing and promotion standards, and as they may, in their discretion, designate, modify, supplement and amend from time to time and as set forth in the Manuals which they may, in their discretion, modify from time to time.
