Since April 2020 and continuing to date, Mr. Sugiuchi has served as a member of our Board of Directors based out of Long Beach, California. Since March 2018 and continuing to date, Mr. Sugiuchi has served as CEO of our affiliate DAY TO LIFE HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. based out of Osaka, Japan. Since March 2018 and continuing to date, Mr. Sugiuchi has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Muginoho Global PTE Ltd. based out of Singapore.
