Where are the rules and regulations that the Beard Papas Advertising Cooperative must comply with established?

According to the 2025 Beard Papas Franchise Disclosure Document, the Advertising Cooperative must adhere to the rules and regulations established by Beard Papas within its Operations Manual. These guidelines are subject to modification by Beard Papas at any time.

Franchisees are also obligated to submit statements and reports to both the Advertising Cooperative and Beard Papas as required. All contributions to the Advertising Cooperative must be maintained and administered according to the cooperative's governing documents. The Advertising Cooperative's sole purpose is to collect and spend fees for the purposes outlined in Article 9.F of the franchise agreement.

It is important to note that the Operations Manual can consist of one or more volumes, handbooks, written materials, videos, electronic media files, cloud/internet-based list services, intranet, internet-based and accessed databases, computer media, email, webinars, and other materials. This allows Beard Papas to modify, add to, replace, or supplement the Operations Manual from time to time in its reasonable business judgment, through supplements, replacement pages, franchise bulletins, or other official pronouncements or means. This ensures that the Advertising Cooperative remains aligned with Beard Papas's current standards and practices.
