How will Beard Papas identify my Shop on its website?

According to Beard Papas's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will designate information about your Shop on the www.beardpapas.com webpage, or on other websites that Beard Papas may designate for the System. All digital media and marketing must be approved by Beard Papas.

As a franchisee, you are not authorized to engage in any marketing unless it is pre-approved by Beard Papas in their discretion. You must spend no less than 2% of your monthly Gross Sales on local marketing for your Shop. Beard Papas will review your local marketing programs and notify you if they approve them. They will also provide you with access to their approved marketing campaigns, media, and messaging that you may use.

While Beard Papas will provide you with the source designs, copy, and design specifications for marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for the direct costs associated with customizing, duplicating, and using these campaigns. This includes the costs of printing, distributing, and placing them with media sources. You must also assign all website media and digital media accounts to Beard Papas, giving them strict control over your online presence.
