Individual state law may supersede the provisions contained in your Franchise Agreement and, if applicable, your Multi-Unit Development Agreement respecting the requirement that you execute a general release as a condition to assignment, sale, or transfer. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beard Papas Franchise Disclosure Document, a Multi-Unit Development Agreement is included. Item 22 lists the contracts attached to the Disclosure Document, which includes exhibits to the Franchise Agreement.
