Hiring and Training of Employees We do not provide assistance with the hiring and training of your employees.
You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of your employees.
For the protection of the System, you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with our approved System branded apparel and uniforms including, but not limited to, the apparel and uniforms comprising System Supplies.
You must monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals; and

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beard Papas FDD, franchisees are directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees. Beard Papas does not provide assistance with hiring and training employees.
This means that as a Beard Papas franchisee, you will have full control over staffing decisions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. You will need to develop your own hiring processes, training programs, and employee handbooks to ensure your staff meets Beard Papas' standards.
However, for the protection of the Beard Papas system, you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals.
