What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Bb.Q Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement does not explicitly state conditions under which Bb.Q Chicken is restricted from making changes to its system. The franchise agreement emphasizes Bb.Q Chicken's right to modify and further develop the system. This includes various aspects such as restaurant design, proprietary products, recipes, operational procedures, and advertising programs.

Bb.Q Chicken retains the authority to evolve its brand and operational standards. For a prospective franchisee, this means the Bb.Q Chicken business model, menu, and required products can change over time. Franchisees must adapt to these changes to remain compliant with the franchise agreement.

While the FDD excerpts provided do not specify any limitations on Bb.Q Chicken's ability to make changes, it is important for potential franchisees to discuss the frequency and scope of potential changes with the franchisor. Understanding the types of changes that have occurred in the past and the process for implementing new changes can help a franchisee prepare for the future. A prospective franchisee should inquire about how Bb.Q Chicken ensures that franchisees are adequately supported during periods of change, including training and financial assistance.
