- Training programs and seminars and other related activities regarding the operation of the Franchised Business as we may conduct for you or personnel generally, which may be mandatory for your Operating Principal, General Manager and other personnel. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5.)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training programs and seminars can be mandatory for personnel. Specifically, Bb.Q Chicken may conduct training programs, seminars, and related activities regarding the operation of the franchised business. These may be mandatory for the Operating Principal, General Manager, and other personnel.
Bb.Q Chicken may also choose to hold an annual meeting of franchisees to provide additional training, introduce new products or changes to the System, or for other reasons. Bb.Q Chicken may designate that attendance at an annual meeting is mandatory for the franchisee, their Operating Principal, their General Manager and/or other personnel. The franchisee will pay for all of the expenses incurred by their attendees at the meeting, including travel, lodging, meals and wages.
Bb.Q Chicken may also choose to hold refresher training courses, and they may designate that attendance at refresher training is mandatory for the franchisee, their Operating Principal, General Manager and/or other personnel. The franchisee will pay for all of the expenses incurred by their trainees, including travel, lodging, meals and wages.
