Can the Bb.Q Chicken training program be changed?

The entire training program is subject to change due to updates in materials, methods, manuals and personnel without notice to you. The subjects and time periods allocated to the subjects actually taught to a specific franchisee and its personnel may vary based on the individual needs and/or experience of those persons being trained.
We may choose to hold an annual meeting of our franchisees to provide additional training, introduce new products or changes to the System, or for other reasons. We may designate that attendance at an annual meeting is mandatory for you, your Operating Principal, your General Manager and/or other personnel. We do not anticipate charging a fee to attend the meeting, but you will pay for all of the expenses incurred by your attendees at the meeting, including travel, lodging, meals and wages. We will designate the location of any franchisee meeting, such as a resort hotel, but we will not designate an unreasonably expensive site. We anticipate that attendance at a franchisee meeting will not last longer than three days in any calendar year.
We may also choose to hold refresher training courses, and we may designate that attendance at refresher training is mandatory for you, your Operating Principal, General Manager and/or other personnel. We do not anticipate charging a fee for refresher training, but you will pay for all of the expenses incurred by your trainees, including travel, lodging, meals and wages. We anticipate that any refresher or additional training will not last longer than five days in any calendar year.

This flexibility allows Bb.Q Chicken to adapt its training to reflect the latest operational practices, market trends, and technological advancements. For a prospective franchisee, this means the initial training they receive might not be exactly the same as what other franchisees received in the past or what future franchisees will receive. It also highlights the importance of continuous learning and adaptation within the Bb.Q Chicken system.
Bb.Q Chicken may also hold annual meetings and refresher training courses, attendance to which may be mandatory for the franchisee, their Operating Principal, General Manager, and/or other personnel. While Bb.Q Chicken does not anticipate charging a fee for these meetings or refresher courses, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred by their attendees, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages. The annual meeting is not expected to last longer than three days, and any refresher or additional training will not last longer than five days in any calendar year.
