Without prior written consent from Bb.Q Chicken, franchisees are prohibited from copying, duplicating, recording, or reproducing such materials or information, whether in whole or in part. They also cannot make the information available to any unauthorized person. This ensures that Bb.Q Chicken's proprietary information remains protected and is not disseminated to competitors or other parties who could use it to the detriment of the franchise system.
These restrictions are typical in franchising to protect trade secrets, operational methods, and other confidential information that gives the franchise its competitive advantage. Franchisees should be aware that violating these confidentiality provisions could result in legal action or termination of the franchise agreement. Therefore, it is crucial to establish clear internal policies and procedures to safeguard confidential information and ensure that all employees and agents understand their obligations.
