Does Bb.Q Chicken reserve the right to hold refresher training courses?

According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bb.Q Chicken may choose to hold refresher training courses. Bb.Q Chicken can also designate that attendance at refresher training is mandatory for the franchisee, their Operating Principal, General Manager, and/or other personnel. Bb.Q Chicken does not anticipate charging a fee for refresher training. However, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by their trainees, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages. Bb.Q Chicken anticipates that any refresher or additional training will not last longer than five days in any calendar year.

This clause allows Bb.Q Chicken to ensure that franchisees and their staff stay updated on operational standards, new products, and any changes to the Bb.Q Chicken system. While the training itself is currently offered without a fee, the franchisee bears the full financial burden of sending personnel to these courses. This could represent a significant, recurring expense, especially if travel is involved.
