According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial fees for a Bb.Q Chicken quick service restaurant franchise range from $112,000 to $199,000. This fee grants the franchisee the right to establish a single franchised business under a Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must pay the initial franchise fee in full when signing the Franchise Agreement. Bb.Q Chicken uses this fee for working capital and profit. This fee is imposed uniformly on all franchisees and is not refundable under any circumstances.

In addition to the initial franchise fee of $45,000, franchisees may incur other initial fees before opening their Bb.Q Chicken franchised business. These additional fees include expenses for grand opening marketing, equipment, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and opening materials. The grand opening marketing campaign requires a minimum spend of $10,000. Equipment costs range from $50,000 to $130,000. The POS system costs between $4,000 and $8,000, and opening materials range from $3,000 to $6,000.

Bb.Q Chicken may offer special incentive programs, such as a 30% discount on the initial franchise fee for veterans and active-duty military personnel for their first franchise. However, Bb.Q Chicken retains the right to modify or withdraw any incentive program without notice. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, Bb.Q Chicken waived 2 initial franchise fees and discounted franchise fees for 32 franchisees between 13% and 57%.
