On loan, one (1) set of Confidential Operations Manuals and such other manuals and written materials as we shall have developed for use in the Franchised Business (as the same may be revised by us from time to time, the "Manuals"), as more fully described in Section 10.1. The Manuals may, in our discretion, be provided electronically or via an intranet website for all bb.q Chicken Franchised Businesses in the System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Confidential Operations Manuals will be provided to the franchisee on loan. Bb.Q Chicken may provide these manuals either in hard copy or electronically. Specifically, the FDD states that Bb.Q Chicken will loan one set of Confidential Operations Manuals and other written materials developed for use in the franchised business.
Bb.Q Chicken retains the right to revise these manuals from time to time. The FDD notes that the manuals may be provided electronically or via an intranet website for all Bb.Q Chicken franchised businesses in the system, at Bb.Q Chicken's discretion.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that you may receive either a physical copy of the Bb.Q Chicken operations manual or access to a digital version. The franchisor has the flexibility to choose the delivery method. If a franchisee prefers a hard copy, they should discuss this with the franchisor.
