Continuing Obligations

Franchise Agreement: During the operation of a Franchised Business, we or our area representative, if there is one for your area, will provide the following assistance and services:

    1. Marketing and promotional materials for in-store marketing and local marketing for the Franchised Business at a reasonable cost to you. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.6.)
    1. Advice and written materials (including updates to the Manual) concerning techniques of managing and operating the Franchised Business, including new developments and improvements in equipment, food products, packaging and preparation. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.7.)
    1. Training programs and seminars and other related activities regarding the operation of the Franchised Business as we may conduct for you or personnel generally, which may be mandatory for your Operating Principal, General Manager and other personnel. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5.)
    1. At your request, additional on-site training or assistance at your Franchised Business.
