What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any refresher or additional training will not last longer than five days in any calendar year. Bb.Q Chicken may choose to hold refresher training courses, and may require the franchisee, their Operating Principal, General Manager and/or other personnel to attend.
Bb.Q Chicken does not anticipate charging a fee for refresher training, but the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by their trainees. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
This type of ongoing training is fairly common in the franchise industry, as it helps to ensure that franchisees and their staff stay up-to-date on the latest products, procedures, and best practices. The cost of travel, lodging, and wages for the training can add up, so franchisees should factor these expenses into their budget.
