If the Bb.Q Chicken Brand Development Fund is reinstated, how will it be operated?

  • 8.3.5 If we elect to terminate the Brand Development Fund, we may, in our sole discretion, reinstate the Brand Development Fund at any time.

If we so choose to reinstate the Brand Development Fund, said reinstated Fund shall be operated as described herein.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Bb.Q Chicken elects to terminate the Brand Development Fund, it may reinstate it at any time at its sole discretion. If Bb.Q Chicken chooses to reinstate the Brand Development Fund, it will be operated as described in the FDD.

Bb.Q Chicken may use money from the Brand Development Fund to pay for the cost of presenting the annual meeting or the training program. However, franchisees are responsible for covering expenses for their trainees or attendees, including travel, lodging, meals, and applicable wages.

All marketing and promotion by franchisees in any medium must be conducted professionally and conform to Bb.Q Chicken's standards and requirements as set forth in the manuals or otherwise. Any advertising that incorporates Bb.Q Chicken logos must first be approved by Bb.Q Chicken. Bb.Q Chicken reserves the right to require franchisees to include certain language on all marketing used locally, such as "Franchises Available" and reference to their telephone number or website.
